Family Based Immigration
If you are a United States citizen or permanent resident, Joyce & Associates, PC can assist you in petitioning for permanent residence for your family members. There are various categories of qualifying relatives:
 Immediate relatives of United States citizens – spouses, children under 21 years of age, and parents of adult citizens
First preference – adult, unmarried sons and daughters of citizens
Second preference – spouses, children under 21 years of age, and unmarried sons and daughters of permanent residents
Third preference – married sons and daughter of citizens
Fourth preference – brothers and sisters of citizens
We can also help you bring your foreign national fiancé to the United States or file a petition to remove the condition on your spouse’s green card.
